Shipping policy

Every MYAL piece is made to order — production takes 2–5 business days before your order ships, and you will receive tracking as soon as it is on its way.

United States: delivery in about 5–10 business days after production.

International orders (including Jamaica & the Caribbean): delivery estimate 7–25 business days plus customs clearance. Import duties, taxes (such as GCT/VAT), and customs or carrier handling fees charged by your country are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility — they are usually due when the package arrives. Where tax is collected at checkout, it is shown in your checkout total. MYAL cannot predict, prepay, or refund customs charges, and orders delayed or refused over unpaid customs charges cannot be refunded.
