Refund policy

Every MYAL piece is made to order for the person who bought it, so we do not hold stock for general returns.

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or not as pictured, we make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will replace it or refund you — your choice.

On sizing: every product page carries our custom-size option — leave your exact measurements or a fit note with your order and the piece is made to them. If a piece arrives not matching the size or measurements you ordered, that counts as not as pictured above and we will make it right.
